Welcome to BlueRise, an AI-driven talent acquisition platform owned by BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These Terms govern your access and use of BlueRise services. By accessing or using BlueRise, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must confirm they are:

At least 18 years old or meet their jurisdiction's legal working age
Legally authorized to enter binding contracts
Committed to lawful platform compliance

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, maintain credential confidentiality, and report unauthorized access immediately. Key obligations include obtaining interview permission, respecting candidate privacy, securing candidate data, and complying with data protection regulations.

4. Platform Usage & Restrictions

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users cannot use the platform for unlawful purposes, submit false information, violate intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or interfere with platform security.

4.2 Integrations

LinkedIn: Users may post jobs with BlueRise apply links; LinkedIn terms apply
Microsoft: Email, calendar, and Teams recording permitted; Microsoft terms apply
Zoom: Meeting scheduling, recording, and interview analytics allowed; Zoom terms apply

5. AI-Driven Matching & Recommendations

BlueRise leverages AI algorithms for talent matching but makes no guarantees regarding availability or hiring success. Employers retain sole responsibility for hiring decisions.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

Personal data handling follows the Privacy Policy. Users consent to data collection, processing, and storage as outlined therein.

7. Fees & Payments

Premium features may require payment. Payment terms, fees, and refund policies will be clearly communicated before purchase. Non-payment may restrict access.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

BlueRise and its associated content, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or modification is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

BlueRise integrates with third-party services including HR systems and OpenAI. The company disclaims responsibility for external content, privacy practices, or service failures.

10. Termination & Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for Terms violations, misuse, fraudulent activity, or platform discontinuation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

BlueRise is provided "as is" and "as available." The platform offers no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or hiring success.

12. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability caps at amounts paid by users within 12 months. Third-party service failures fall outside company responsibility.

13. Indemnification

Users must indemnify and hold harmless BlueRose Technologies, its affiliates, and employees from claims arising from Terms violations, unauthorized platform use, or third-party disputes.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Bangalore.

15. Changes to These Terms

The company reserves update rights. Continued platform use after modifications signifies acceptance.
