1. Introduction

BlueRise is an AI-driven talent acquisition platform operated by BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The agreement governs access to and use of the platform. By accessing or using BlueRise, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

2. Definitions

• Platform: BlueRise website, software, AI features, and related services
• User: Any individual or entity accessing the platform (job seekers, recruiters, employers)
• We/Us/Our: BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• Content: Job postings, profiles, AI recommendations, and platform materials

3. Eligibility & User Obligations

Users must be at least 18 years old, possess legal capacity to enter the agreement, use the platform lawfully, and provide accurate information when registering.

Prohibited activities include misrepresenting identity or skills, posting false content, violating intellectual property or privacy rights, engaging in fraudulent activities, and using AI for interviews.

4. Account Registration & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining login credential confidentiality. The platform is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. Users must report suspected unauthorized account use immediately.

5. AI-Powered Matching & Job Recommendations

The platform uses AI algorithms for candidate-job matching but does not guarantee suitability or hiring success. Employers are solely responsible for making final hiring decisions.

6. Fees & Payments

Basic features may be free; premium features require payment. Non-payment may restrict access to premium functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

BlueRise content, including AI models and software, is exclusively owned by BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Users cannot reproduce or modify platform content without written consent but retain ownership of submitted content (resumes, job listings) while granting the platform usage rights.

8. Third-Party Services & Integrations

The platform may integrate with HR software, ATS platforms, and social media. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

9. Data Collection & Privacy

Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Users agree to AI-driven data analytics and automated decision-making for recruitment purposes.

10. Platform Availability & Service Interruptions

The platform strives for continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance or system failures, and the platform is not liable for losses from service disruptions.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

BlueRise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform does not guarantee employment outcomes. Liability is limited to amounts paid by users in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify BlueRose Technologies and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from agreement violations, platform misuse, or disputes between candidates and recruiters.

13. Termination & Suspension

The platform may suspend or terminate access for agreement violations, fraudulent activity, or service discontinuation.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The agreement is governed by local laws with disputes resolved through arbitration or courts in Bengaluru.

15. Changes to This Agreement

The platform may update terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
