How it actually works

What changes once BlueRise is running a role

One flow, three moving parts.

  1. Upload once

Resumes go into the system a single time. Scout matches them against the role automatically — no manual sourcing per opening.

  2. Scout calls, day or night

Calls run on their own, in one of four live languages, without a recruiter dialing anyone.

  3. Recruiter gets the fit

A summary lands with years of experience, notice period, and the full transcript — ready to act on.

Why the pool gets sharper, not just bigger

Every real screening call adds detail to a candidate's profile — no proactive re-contact, just genuine signal from real activity.

  • Each screened candidate becomes a searchable, structured profile
  • The next similar role matches against real interview data, not just a resume
  • Job-board spend drops as your already-screened pool keeps being useful

Where BlueRise fits next to HireVue-style tools

BlueRise handles first-round screening and interviews. It's not a replacement for validated psychometric assessment at enterprise scale.

  • Works inside Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and LinkedIn
  • Connects to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle Fusion
  • Job posting, pipeline stages, and deep assessment science stay with your existing tools

FAQ

Questions recruiters actually ask

Is BlueRise trying to replace HireVue?

Not directly. HireVue is built for large enterprises that need validated psychometric assessments, coding tests, and government-grade compliance (it's SOC 2 and FedRAMP certified). BlueRise is built for teams that want fast, automated first-round screening without an enterprise procurement process. Many teams could reasonably use both for different roles.

Does HireVue still use facial analysis to score candidates?

No — HireVue removed visual/facial analysis from its assessments in 2020 and confirmed the change publicly in 2021. Its current AI scores only the content of what a candidate says (via transcript), not facial expressions, tone of voice, or body language.

Is BlueRise an ATS?

No. BlueRise handles screening, interviewing, and candidate matching, and integrates with the ATS or HRMS you already use — Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, or others — rather than replacing it. HireVue works the same way: it's an assessment and interviewing layer, not a full applicant tracking system.

Does BlueRise's candidate database update itself automatically?

No. The database grows when a real screening call happens for an actual open role — it doesn't proactively re-contact candidates just to keep profiles fresh.

Is there a free trial or a free plan?

BlueRise starts from $0: its Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and needs no credit card. HireVue publishes no pricing and offers no public trial — third-party estimates put its entry price around $35,000 a year, rising well past $100,000 for larger enterprise packages.
